Volo Active Resources is seeking a Medical Sales Specialist to promote and sell medical products to healthcare institutions and hospitals in Raub, Pahang. The role focuses on creating demand, presenting to doctors and allied health professionals, and supporting procurement processes.

The candidate should have 1–3 years in medical/hospital sales, strong communication, and the ability to work independently while staying informed about market trends and product developments.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in Medical Sales and Hospital Sales experience.
• Experience with hospital procurement, ward staff, and/or specialists.
• Familiar with tender processes, product presentations, and usage trainings.
• Experience in wound care, surgical consumables, or medical devices is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical products to healthcare institutions and hospitals.
• Create demand for company products in government and private hospitals.
• Identify potential clients and conduct sales presentations.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Provide monthly reports on sales performance and competitors' activities.
• Conduct CME to healthcare professionals.
