Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate functional testers and equipment for PCBA and system-level testing.
• Create and execute validation protocols to meet medical device regulatory requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting of test failures.
• Ensure all test processes comply with ISO 13485 and FDA standards.
• Maintain technical documentation and test reports for audits.
• Support risk management activities and contribute to Design for Test reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for test systems integration.
• Monitor tester performance, yield, and drive continuous improvement.
• Support factory and site acceptance tests for new equipment.
• Provide technical support regarding test requirements.
