Job summary

KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital is seeking a diligent Billing/Records Clerk to ensure accurate hospital charge entries and meticulous patient record maintenance. You will verify consultant charges, manage guarantee letters, and keep patient data up to date in the Hospital/Bed Management System.

Ideal candidates will have Malaysian certification, be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia is required or equivalent.
• Certified healthcare assistants are preferred.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is expected.

Responsibilities

• Enter and verify hospital and consultant charges into the system accurately.
• Maintain complete and organized patient records and guarantee letters.
• Verify referral documents are properly completed and signed.
• Ensure patient data is accurately updated in the Hospital/Bed Management System.
• Uphold hospital policies, infection control, and safety procedures.
