Responsibilities

• Processing patient billing and panel claims with accuracy and attention to detail
• Preparing and submitting medical bills and claims to patients and panels
• Recording billing transactions and maintaining organised financial records
• Following up on outstanding invoices and assisting with payment collection inquiries
• Liaising with patients, panels and internal departments regarding billing matters
• Ensuring compliance with medical billing regulations and healthcare privacy standards
• Assisting with data entry and maintaining billing documentation systems
• Responding to billing inquiries and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
• Supporting the medical administration team with general administrative duties as required
