Star Media Group Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a Dynamic Media Sales professional to drive revenue across Print, Digital, Radio and Events. You will manage an agency, GLC, and direct-client portfolio, turning creative ideas into high-impact advertising solutions.

This hunter role rewards performance with targets, strong client relationships, and opportunities to shape integrated campaigns from concept to delivery.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven success in Media, Sales, Business Development, or Digital Advertising.

• Results-oriented with ability to manage projects and hit monthly sales KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell the full Star Media Group suite, including Print, Digital, Events, Radio, and our specialized Brand Studio services.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned agencies, GLCs, and direct clients, developing custom action plans to ensure continuous spending and growth.
• Act as the face of the brand at client launches and functions, building deep-rooted trust and ensuring Star Media Group is always the preferred media partner.
• Stay one step ahead by monitoring industry trends and competitor activities, providing rapid feedback to the team to maintain our market leadership.
