Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on plant machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and carry out repairs efficiently.
• Inspect, repair, and replace mechanical components such as bearings, gearboxes, chains, belts, pulleys, and shafts.
• Perform welding, cutting, grinding, and fabrication works as required.
• Assist in machinery installation, modification, and improvement projects.
• Conduct alignment and balancing of rotating equipment.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and maintenance documentation.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, including LOTO requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
