Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, reliability, or manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• Proven experience leading troubleshooting and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Experience managing and leading maintenance teams or technicians.
• Experience in machine upgrade, revamp, automation, or equipment improvement projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead equipment reliability and maintenance to ensure production equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive maintenance improvements and support APS initiatives.
• Lead and support machine modification, upgrading, revamping, and automation projects.
