Qualifications

• Degree or Master’s in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics (including pneumatics).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, with basic data analysis and project management skills.
• Hands-on experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical systems, automation, and machining processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the CAPEX budget for assigned projects.
• Lead project management to meet budget and timeline requirements.
• Provide technical support (mechanical and pneumatic) to teams and coordinate with departments.
• Develop training plans to uplift staff skills and support subordinates on smaller projects.
