Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical/ Manufacturing Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Strong CAD proficiency and ability to read detailed drawings.
• Experience generating and managing BOMs for assemblies.
• Hands-on problem solving on shop floor and cross-functional collaboration.
• Prior manufacturing experience, sheet metal or switchboard knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex mechanical drawings and specs.
• Develop comprehensive Bills of Materials from drawings.
• Monitor production to balance speed with quality.
• Design or modify parts using CAD to improve manufacturability.
• Provide technical support bridging design and production teams on the shop floor.
