Job summary

PGEO Edible Oils Sdn Bhd (A Member of Wilmar International Group) in Pasir Gudang invites applicants for a Maintenance & Reliability Engineer (Mechanical). This full-time on-site role involves leading preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximise equipment reliability.

You will provide hands-on support for rotating and static equipment, utilise SAP PM and Excel for planning, and collaborate with Production to minimise downtime and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
3–5 years of relevant experience in maintenance and reliability engineering in manufacturing.
Proven experience in preventive and predictive maintenance and reliability improvement programmes.

Responsibilities

Plan, implement and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance to maximise equipment reliability.
Diagnose breakdowns, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve equipment performance and reduce failures.
Provide hands-on technical support for rotating and static equipment.
Utilise SAP PM for maintenance planning and work order processing.
