Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to oversee mechanical maintenance across plant sites. You will lead a team, coordinate inspections, and work with Owner personnel to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, guiding maintenance procedures, and analyzing incidents to drive continuous improvement in a regulated environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience in Power Plant Services and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Station Management.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (or equivalent knowledge/experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team covering all aspects of Mechanical Maintenance to ensure safe, reliable plant operations.
• Direct report to Maintenance Manager.
• Coordinate with local subcontractors during inspections under GEV supervision.
• Provide technical guidance to Owner's personnel on maintenance matters.
• Assist Owner in improving maintenance procedures and operations.
• Analyze incident reports and propose corrective actions.
• Plan and execute planned and unplanned inspection activities.
• Prepare monthly maintenance reports.
• Identify spare parts and manage O&M buffer stock for available parts.
• Assist in training Owner's personnel and GEV staff.
• Comply with Owner's and GEV's EHS requirements.
