Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• At least 3 years experience in operations and maintenance in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to identify issues and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive maintenance excellence by executing and optimising maintenance activities for safe, reliable operations.
• Analyse and solve complex technical challenges to minimise downtime and improve performance.
• Enhance plant reliability through root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
