Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• At least five (5) years of experience in electrical maintenance and/or design within industrial or process plant environments
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety standards
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially in high-pressure situations
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with teams, contractors, and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot a wide range of electrical systems to ensure safe and reliable plant operations
• Support engineering and installation activities, contributing to efficient system performance and upgrades
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues using root cause analysis
• Drive maintenance excellence through preventive and predictive practices to optimise equipment reliability
• Collaborate with teams and contractors to deliver safe, compliant, high-quality solutions
• Champion safety and risk management in all electrical operations and activities
