Job summary

Favelle Favco Cranes (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Mechanical Engineer to design, analyze, and document crane-related components and systems. You will review drawings, perform calculations, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to meet client specifications and performance targets.

The role involves feasibility studies for new concepts, vendor documentation, and close work with QA/QC and Production to drive design improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics with CGPA 3.0 minimum preferred.
• 1–2 years of working experience; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Create and review designs, calculations, drawings and specifications using new technology to meet client requirements.
• Prepare drawing layouts and analyze designs; coordinate with project team to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Conduct feasibility studies and report on new design concepts; provide mechanical technical support to other departments.
• Assist in preparing VDRL and ECN documentation for conformance to client specs and procedures.
• Collaborate with QA/QC and Production to identify root causes and implement design improvements.
