Job summary

LTP Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support the design, manufacturing, and project execution of custom machinery, batching plants, precast moulds, and metal fabrication solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions that meet customer requirements and company quality standards. You will collaborate with Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Sales to ensure successful project execution, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, metal fabrication, machinery manufacturing, or heavy engineering.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, welding, machining, and industrial equipment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Willing to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve mechanical products, equipment, and manufacturing processes.
• Evaluate technical specifications and provide practical engineering solutions.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Sales to ensure successful project execution.
• Investigate equipment issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare engineering calculations, BOMs, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical services at customer sites.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and company engineering procedures.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
