Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with production automation equipment and industrial machinery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Concept & Detailed Design: create concept drawings, layouts and models for new projects and CI initiatives.
• BOM Establishment & Management: generate and maintain BOMs for mechanical assemblies and equipment.
• Vendor Selection & Procurement Support: evaluate and collaborate with vendors for materials and fabrication services.
• Cost Control & Budget Management: monitor project costs and ensure profitability without sacrificing quality.
• Root Cause Analysis & Continuous Improvement: apply 4M analysis to troubleshoot and improve processes.
• Customer Collaboration & Satisfaction: engage stakeholders to capture requirements and present concepts.
