Job summary

SHINRYO (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. seeks aMechanical Engineer with strong experience in commercial buildings and factory mechanical services. You will conduct feasibility studies, develop specifications, and prepare cost estimates for projects.

Candidate should have 5+ years in engineering/design, with ACMV, plumbing, fire protection, and clean rooms exposure. Interfacing with clients and vendors is essential; willingness to travel and work independently is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in engineering/design for mechanical services in commercial buildings and factories.
• Experience with ACMV, plumbing, fire protection and clean rooms.
• Strong client/vendor interfacing and cost estimation skills.
• Independent, self-motivated with good communication and analysis.

Job Requirements:

Experience in ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) systems, Plumbing Systems, Fire Protection Systems, Clean Rooms, Process Utilities Systems, etc.

Experience in interfacing with clients and vendors.

Proficiency in detailed engineering, preparing technical specifications, and cost estimation.

Experience in engineering/design and construction work.

Self-motivated, patient, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with good analytical abilities.

Willing to travel.
