Job summary

Trisys in Ipoh is seeking a skilled Mechanical & Electrical Installation Technician (or Supervisor) to join our team. You will install, maintain, and commission M&E systems across sites and projects, working with engineers and technicians to ensure safety, quality, and reliable operation.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in mechanical and/or electrical installation and holds a diploma or technical cert in M&E.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mechanical and/or electrical installation (3+ years preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Knowledge of electrical systems (circuits, control systems) and mechanical components (pumps, HVAC, piping).
• SPM or technical certification/diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering (or similar).
• Valid driver’s license and readiness to drive to sites.

Responsibilities

• Install mechanical and electrical systems across sites and projects.
• Interpret and work from technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Assist with system testing, fault-finding, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure installations comply with codes, safety regulations, and standards.

Mechanical & Electrical Technician - Project/Construction (Ipoh)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical & Electrical Installation Technician (or Supervisor) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and commissioning mechanical and electrical systems across various sites and projects. You will work closely with engineers, project managers, and other technicians to ensure systems are installed to specification, meet safety standards, and function reliably.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, lighting, control panels, motors, wiring, piping, ductwork, and related components.
• Interpret and work from technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and installation manuals.
• Assist with system testing, fault-finding, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure installations comply with relevant codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate installation records, logs, and documentation.

Requirements:
