You will design, develop, and implement cutting-edge automation machinery, and guide designers, technicians, and assemblers through project life cycles. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Graduate Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience in mechanical design and automation.
• Experience with ISO 9001 understanding is a plus.
• Strong time management and problem solving skills.
• Willingness to work in Juru, Penang and serve Mandarin-speaking customers if required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions and machinery.
• Provide guidance to designers, technicians and assemblers.
• Monitor project status and report performance to the manager.
• Coordinate project kick-offs with designers, programmers and support teams.
• Test runs and improvements of machines; communicate progress to customers.
• Organize workload and ensure timely, accurate completion of tasks.

About the role
Epsilon Automation Sdn. Bhd. is seeking talented Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Juru, Penang. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge automation solutions that drive the success of our clients. Responsibilities:

Experience in automation machine design and able to provide mechanism concept and solution.

Provide training & guidance to designers, technicians & assemblers.

Monitor project status of designers & report designers performance & discipline to manager.

Meeting for project kick off together with designer, programmer, technical support & others.

Machine test run and improvement.

Dealing with customer to get info & updates progress to them.

Plan, organize and manage the workload and assigned jobs to ensure completeness, in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Degree/ Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent.

Proficient in Solid Works.

Working experience in machine, jig and fixture design.

Self-motivated and high organized.

Problem solving and time management skills

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English. "Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred to serve Mandarin-speaking customers."

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Applicants must be willing to work in Juru.

Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
