EPSILON AUTOMATION SDN. BHD. is seeking a Mechanical Design and Development Engineer to join our team in Juru, Penang.

You will design, develop, and implement cutting-edge automation machinery, and guide designers, technicians, and assemblers through project life cycles. This full‑time role requires hands-on experience with machine design, Solid Works, and a strong ability to manage timelines. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Graduate Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience in mechanical design and automation.
• Experience with ISO 9001 understanding is a plus.
• Strong time management and problem solving skills.
• Willingness to work in Juru, Penang and serve Mandarin-speaking customers if required.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions and machinery.
• Provide guidance to designers, technicians and assemblers.
• Monitor project status and report performance to the manager.
• Coordinate project kick-offs with designers, programmers and support teams.
• Test runs and improvements of machines; communicate progress to customers.
• Organize workload and ensure timely, accurate completion of tasks.
