Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in mechanical assembly, equipment repair, or related manufacturing.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical principles and use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow standardized assembly instructions and manuals.
• Basic understanding of quality requirements and defect identification.
• Able to perform assembly, testing, picking, labeling, and packing.
• Proficient in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Willing to work shifts or overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble actuators and spare kits per drawings, specs, and customer requirements.
• Perform assembly and testing across product models to meet output targets.
• Conduct component picking, staging, labeling, and packing to support production flow.
• Ensure workmanship meets Emerson quality standards and identify defects.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace per 5S and safety rules.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Store, Quality, Shipping and others to meet needs.
• Highlight bottlenecks, safety concerns, or improvement opportunities to the supervisor.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
