Job summary

Frencken Mechatronics Malaysia is a global technology solutions partner focused on precision machinery and capital equipment. The team conducts troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to keep CNC machines and related facilities in peak condition, aiming for minimal downtime across production floors.

The role emphasizes routine inspections, safety standards, and proactive fault diagnosis with a commitment to continuous improvement and training to support growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conducts troubleshooting and repair of CNC machines, equipment, accessories, and other facilities used in precision machining production floor.
• To ensure all machine are regularly inspected and maintained in good working condition at all times.
• To work towards zero breakdown by effectively carry out preventive maintenance program according to the schedule.
• To make routine check on machines and equipment to ensure machines and equipment are working in good condition.
• To troubleshoot and recommend solution to electrical or electronics problem and if necessary, repair the fault.
• Maintain 5S and Safety for workplace at all time.
