KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital is seeking a dedicated nurse leader to oversee Nursing, Human Resource and Quality Improvement activities within the unit. The role ensures adherence to care standards, adherence to policies, and accurate documentation while coordinating with doctors and supervisors to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include executing medical orders, supervising staff, reporting incidents, participating in QA initiatives, and promoting home nursing services

Qualifications

• Must follow nursing process and document patient progress.
• Ability to report incidents and communicate with care team.
• Coordinate shift duties and manage unit performance.

Responsabilités

• Execute medical orders from doctors and consultants, delegating tasks to team members.
• Provide personalized, holistic patient care using the nursing process approach and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide monthly statistical data and reports on patient visits and revenue generation for management.
• Promote home nursing services to patients requiring continuous home care.
