Job summary

Gallant Industries (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Store Supervisor to oversee daily store and warehouse operations at our manufacturing facility in Malaysia.

You will supervise store personnel, manage inventory, and coordinate material flow to ensure materials are available for production. The ideal candidate has leadership and organizational skills, with 2–3 years of experience in store/warehouse management and proficiency in Excel and inventory systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in logistics, warehouse management, or related field.
• Min 2–3 years in store/warehouse or inventory management, manufacturing preferred.
• Experience supervising store or warehouse personnel and knowledge of inventory control.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel) and inventory/warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store and warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient production materials.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Planning and other departments on material requirements.
• Conduct regular stock counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling and on-time material issuance.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, safety and housekeeping.
