Materials Warehouse Keeper (Construction)

We are looking for a motivated Materials Warehouse Keeper (Construction) to join our team during both the construction and operation phases of our greenfield chemical manufacturing plant. The role will focus on hands‑on warehouse experience (construction / engineering materials preferred).

We are looking for candidates who:

Understand material receiving, storage, issuing and documentation processes.

Are reliable, disciplined, and able to maintain accurate inventory control.

Can operate a forklift safely and efficiently.

Can support transition from construction phase to factory operation phase.

Receive, inspect, verify and record incoming construction materials.

Perform material counting, documentation and warehousing according to procedures.

Manage storage areas to ensure safety, proper segregation and identification.

Issue materials to contractors on time and ensure accurate records of usage.

Prepare construction materials inventory reports and conduct regular stock‑take.

Assist with material loss prevention, damage control and waste management.

B. Spare Parts Management and Inventory

Receive, inspect and record incoming factory spare parts (mechanical, electrical, instruments, etc.).

Maintain proper storage conditions and update stock levels in the warehouse system.

Coordinate timely issuing of spare parts to maintenance and production teams.

Compile spare parts management lists and perform periodic inventory checks.

Support establishment of minimum stock levels and replenishment planning.

Ensure compliance with 5S, safety and chemical warehouse standards.

Requirements

Knowledge & Skills

Familiar with construction materials and warehouse management requirements.

Good understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management processes.

Able to operate or willing to learn Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Basic understanding of EHS (safety), 5S and material storage standards.

Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage for China‑based projects).

Qualifications

Minimum SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Warehouse, Supply Chain or related field.

Experience in construction warehouse or manufacturing spare parts store is an advantage.

Physically fit, organized, detail‑oriented with good communication skills.
