Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Material Planners and set performance expectations.
• Oversee feasible, optimized Material Plan and align with production and inventory policies.
• Escalate and resolve supplier constraints impacting mid- to short-term horizons.
• Collaborate with S&OP, Production Schedulers, and Operations to mitigate risks.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and standardization.
