Job summary

TF-AMD Penang is seeking a diligent inventory analyst to support manufacturing operations in Penang. You will perform monthly inventory reconciliations, weekly and periodic audits, and data comparisons across CAMSTAR, INCA, and customer systems.

Responsibilities include fixing fallout in SAP/INCA, conducting UAT to enhance CAMSTAR/SAP/INCA, reviewing customer specifications, and driving continual improvements in area efficiency.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in a related field.
• Language: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Note: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly inventory reconciliation by comparing data in CAMSTAR versus INCA, or customer data versus CAMSTAR data.
• Perform weekly, monthly, and yearly inventory audits.
• Fix fallout in the SAP/INCA system.
• Perform UAT to enhance the CAMSTAR/SAP/INCA systems.
• Review specs released by the customer.
• Drive continual improvement in area efficiency and effectiveness.
• Meet all KPIs, goals, and objectives set by management and the customer.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
