Wasco Process Engineering Sdn Bhd (Formerly known as Jutasama Sdn Bhd) seeks a Material/MTO Analyst to review drawings and accurately calculate materials such as plates, flanges and heads. You will ensure traceability from warehouse to fabrication and verify materials meet project specifications.

The role requires 2–5 years in material control, procurement, or QC within heavy engineering or oil & gas, with a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; familiarity

Formación

• 2–5 years in material control, procurement, or QC in heavy engineering or oil & gas.
• Familiarity with ASME, API, or ANSI codes.
• Interpretation of isometrics and Material Take-Offs.

Responsabilidades

• Review MTO analysis and calculate material requirements (plates, flanges, heads).
• Verify incoming materials have valid MTCs meeting ASME/API specs.
• Maintain traceability from warehouse to fabrication with correct color-coding, stamping and documentation.
• Monitor stock levels for raw materials and welding consumables to prevent delays.
• Collaborate with procurement and vendors to source materials and manage non-conforming goods.
• Prepare Material Status Reports and reconcile usage vs surplus materials.
• Prepare documentation for Authorized Inspectors and QA teams during inspection.
• Coordinate with QA/QC manager, project managers and engineers for corrective actions.
