Job summary

Ichor Systems, Inc. in Shah Alam, Malaysia, is seeking a Material Handler to manage material movement, kitting, receiving, shipping, and inventory control. You will ensure timely delivery to customers and support overtime during weekends as needed.

This role requires a 12-hour day/night shift with flexibility for overtime. Experience with warehouse systems, and familiarity with Oracle or Agile are preferred. Forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• SPM qualification with passes in BM, BI and Sejarah.
• At least 1 year of hands-on working experience in warehouse, logistics or material handling.
• Able to count and verify material quantities accurately.
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry materials of up to 20kg.
• Able to commit to a 12-hour day/night shift, including weekends, and support overtime when required.
• Comfortable using computer systems for inventory transactions; experience with Oracle or Agile is preferred.
• Forklift license/certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, condition, and documentation against packing lists and purchase orders.
• Perform material storage, labeling, movement, and inventory transactions accurately within the system.
• Prepare and issue production kits according to work orders and production schedules while ensuring material accuracy and completeness.
• Support shipping activities including packing, labeling, documentation preparation, and coordination of outgoing shipments to customers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper material handling, cycle counts, FIFO practice, and physical inventory support.
• Deliver materials to production areas and ensure timely replenishment of required materials.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts safely and efficiently where applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and 5S standards within warehouse and storage areas.
• Follow all company safety, quality, EHS, and operational procedures while reporting any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns promptly.
