ICHOR Systems Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Material Handler to join our Warehouse & Logistics Team in Shah Alam, Malaysia. You will handle material movement, receive shipments, manage inventory, and prepare production kits to support timely deliveries.

The role requires 1+ year in warehouse/logistics, physical fitness to lift up to 20 kg, and comfort working a 12-hour shift including weekends. Forklift license and Oracle/Agile familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• SPM qualification with BM, English, and Sejarah passes.
• At least 1 year in warehouse/logistics or material handling.
• Able to count and verify quantities accurately.
• Physically fit to lift up to 20 kg.
• Willing to work 12-hour day/night shifts including weekends.
• Experience with Oracle or Agile is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, condition, and documentation against packing lists and purchase orders.
• Perform material storage, labeling, movement, and inventory transactions accurately within the system.
• Prepare and issue production kits according to work orders and production schedules while ensuring material accuracy and completeness.
• Support shipping activities including packing, labeling, documentation preparation, and coordination of outgoing shipments to customers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper material handling, cycle counts, FIFO practice, and physical inventory support.
• Deliver materials to production areas and ensure timely replenishment of required materials.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts safely and efficiently where applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and 5S standards within warehouse and storage areas.
• Follow all company safety, quality, EHS, and operational procedures while reporting any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns promptly.

Job description

We are looking for a Material Handler to join our Warehouse & Logistics Team in Malaysia, Shah Alam. In this role, you will be handling the materials’ movement, such as kitting, receiving, shipping, inventory control, and ensure they are delivered timely to our customers.This is a 12-hour day/night shift with flexibility to support overtime and weekend work when required.

Responsibilities

Requirements

SPM qualification with passes in BM (Bahasa Malaysia), BI (English) and Sejarah.

At least 1 year of hands‑on working experience in warehouse, logistics or material handling.

Able to count and verify material quantities accurately.

Physically fit and able to lift and carry materials of up to 20kg.

Responsible and reliable team player with a hands‑on attitude.

Able to commit to a 12-hour day/night shift, including weekends, and support overtime when required.

Comfortable using computer systems for inventory transactions; experience with Oracle or Agile is preferred.

Forklift license/certification is preferred.
