Job summary

JINJING TECHNOLOGY MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. in Kedah is seeking a Material Handler to support warehouse operations, issue materials for production, and maintain inventory accuracy.

You will conduct cycle counts, receive materials, and participate in 5S practices while cooperating with a small team in a fast-paced environment. A valid forklift license and at least 2 years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• SPM or above; preferably in Warehouse Management or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Forklift driving is a required skill; valid license/certification is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations, material handling and inventory management.
• Responsible, hardworking, able to work independently or in a team; fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Issue materials correctly for production according to travellers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with proper IDs, placement, labeling, and location records.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and address material discrepancies.
• Receive materials and place them in designated locations.
• Carry out cycle counts as per schedule and resolve discrepancies.
• Participate in 5S practices to maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
• Assist in loading raw materials into the warehouse when needed.
• Promote a work environment aligned with Quality Policy and Quality System.

Job description

1、Ensure correct physical material issuance based on travellers and ensure all the material is available for production use.

2、Maintain inventory accuracy via proper identification, material placement, labelling and record of location physically and systematically.

3、Perform daily cycle count and address any issue in relation to Material discrepancy in the warehouse.

4、Perform material received in the store and ensure material are places correctly into the designated location.

5、Perform cycle count as per schedule plan and address any issue in relation to material discrepancy in the warehouse.

6、To take part in 5S activity across the warehouse and ensure all the 5S standard practice to be adhered at all time in the warehouse.

7、To coordinate/assist on loading raw material into warehouse when needed.

8、Establishes and promotes a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System.

Requirements

SPM or above, preferably in Warehouse Management or a related field.

At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required Skill(s): Forklift Driving.

Possess a valid forklift driving license/certification will be an added advantage.

Good knowledge of warehouse operations, material handling, and inventory management.

Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced working environment.
