Job summary

JINJING TECHNOLOGY MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking an HR Officer based in Kulim, Kedah, Malaysia. You will support a broad range of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, and HR operations to ensure compliant and smooth HR processes.

You will work with multiple departments to support business and people objectives, maintain accurate HRIS updates, and handle EP/foreign worker matters while contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience in a corporate setting.
• Hands-on experience in Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, and Training.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.

Job Summary – HR Officer As a HR Officer at JINJING, you will be responsible for supporting and managing a broad range of human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, HR operations, and employee administration. You will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations, maintain compliance with employment laws and statutory requirements, and provide effective HR support to employees.

This full-time position is based in Kulim, Kedah, Malaysia, where you will join a dynamic and growing team. You will play an important role in strengthening HR processes, supporting employee development and engagement, and contributing to a positive workplace culture while helping the company achieve its business and people objectives.

What you'll be doing

Responsible for the areas of human resources including but not limited to talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation & benefits administration, salary administration, employee and labor relations, training development, records management, succession planning, audit & statutory compliance.

Ensure smooth daily HR operations and maintain accurate and timely HRIS updates.

Manage EP and foreign worker matters, including relevant documentation and compliance.

Work closely with hiring managers to build talent pipelines, drive recruitment initiatives, and conduct new hire orientation and onboarding.

Organize HR and company events including but not limited to career fair, health week campaign, donation drive, annual dinner.

Develop and maintain HR policies, processes, and procedures, ensuring complete, accurate, and up-to-date documentation and filing.

Maintains historical HR records by designing a filing and retrieval system, keeping pass and current records.

Liaise with statutory bodies and government department to ensure problem solving and meeting objective.

Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports as required.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, with hands-on experience in Industrial Relations (IR), Employee Relations (ER), and Training.

Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with employees and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

Good organizational and problem-solving skills with a proactive and hands-on approach.

Proficient in Chinese will be added advantage.

Willing to work in Kulim, Kedah.
