Job summary

Air Products is seeking a Customer Master Data Administrator to create and maintain Customer Master Data, Pricing Master Data and Contract Data for Asia and MEI. The role emphasizes data quality, compliance and service delivery across multiple teams, with workflow managed through SAP and CRM-SFA.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business-related fields, 1+ year of relevant experience, and fluent English with Chinese language ability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration, commerce, information management or related discipline.
• At least one year of relevant experience in commercial execution, shared services, master data, or related processes.
• Experience with SAP or other enterprise systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Data Standards in creation or modification of Customer Master Data and Contract Data.
• Create quotations for new or modified price records to validate data input.
• Validate approvals before adding or modifying customer master, pricing and contract data.
• Handle team mailbox and distribute workload for Contract and Customer Master Data requests.
• Update Customer Master data, Pricing, Contract Data and CRM-SFA records.
• Meet SLA targets and resolve SAP errors related to billing blocks and reports.
