Job summary

Swap Asia is seeking a Master Data Manager to govern material, vendor, customer, and pricing master data across enterprise systems. You will ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance while partnering with Operations, Procurement, Finance, and IT to support data-driven decision making.

The role emphasizes data governance, process improvement, and ERP system enhancements to drive operational efficiency and data integrity within the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years in Master Data Management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of master data governance principles and processes.
• Experience with SAP ERP / S4HANA environments preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, reporting, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage and govern material, vendor, customer, pricing, and related master data across enterprise systems.
• Ensure master data accuracy, completeness, and consistency with governance standards.
• Establish naming conventions, approval workflows, and data control processes.
• Develop and maintain master data dashboards, KPI tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve master data issues and improve processes.
• Support data migration, cleansing, and validation in projects.
