Job summary

Ingredion Incorporated in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Master Data Governance Associate to manage vendor, customer, material, and financial master data in SAP, collaborating with sales, production, and finance teams to ensure data accuracy.

You will bring a diploma or bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, at least 1 year in data governance, and proficiency in English and Mandarin. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential, along with solid MS Office and teamwork.

Qualifications

• A diploma/bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in data governance field.
• Knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (as this role will be supporting China).

Responsibilities

• Vendor Master Data: Gather/Review documentation for vendor setup; ensure vendor master data accuracy in SAP.
• Customer Master Data: Create, update, and manage customer master data in SAP; coordinate with sales, customer service, and credit teams.
