Job summary

Kerry is seeking a Data and Capability Lead to own master data across the supply chain at a central level in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. You will collaborate with SCM, Procurement, Production, Logistics and other functions to enable strategic planning for material sourcing.

You will manage SAP ECC, APO, and MDG master data, ensure data quality, govern data lifecycle, and drive continuous improvement using AI-driven analytics.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of experience in Master Data Management within a Supply Chain environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, APO and MDG.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality and business process management.
• Experience in data analytics, reporting and continuous process improvement.
• Exposure to AI-enabled technologies and digital transformation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain master data at a central level.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, validate and maintain data.
• Govern data changes and ensure audit-ready records.
• Drive data governance frameworks and standards across the organization.
