Huntsman Corporation is now looking for a dynamic individual as a Master Data Intern. The Master Data Intern will support the Global Master Data team with daily operations, data quality checks, and process improvement initiatives. The role offers hands‑on exposure to SAP Master Data processes and the opportunity to gain experience working in a global Shared Services environment. This position will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

As a Master Data Intern you will:

• Operational Support: Assist with master data creation, extension, and updates across material, vendor, customer, and finance data categories.
• Data Quality & Compliance: Perform data validation checks based on master data policies and standards.

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, IT, or any related field.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel (sorting, filtering, simple formulas).
• Exposure to SAP or any ERP is a plus (training will be provided).
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment.
• Initiative-driven with interest in process improvement.
