OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad invites you to join our risk and control team. The role focuses on reviewing internal processes, identifying gaps, ensuring appropriate mitigation controls, and maintaining system access integrity.

You will handle daily reviews, prepare monthly KRI and risk reporting, coordinate risk assessments, support BCP and DR testing, and work with stakeholders to meet SLAs. A proactive, fast-paced team player who can learn quickly will fit in.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Treasury products is preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work as a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work fast, independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Review internal processes, identify gaps and implement mitigation controls.
• Handle daily review of deals deletion by Global Market and obtain approvals.
• Perform daily legal trawl on Treasury Customer database as notified by RCU/Legal.
• Prepare monthly management and KRI reporting by deadlines.
• Coordinate and review half-yearly RCSA and RRSA submissions.
• Ensure system access matrix aligns with job function and profiles.
• Establish control procedures for product launches and regulatory changes.
• Monitor and close audit items and risk gaps with relevant teams.
• Act as BCP coordinator; update BCP and coordinate DR/BCP testing.
• Promote risk-awareness programs within the department.
