Job summary

ZALORA in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Executive to provide strong operational, administrative, and commercial support across core buying and a marketplace portfolio. You will work with the Buyer and Marketplace Manager to ensure accuracy in buying processes, manage supplier relationships, and help oversee marketplace brands.

Key duties include intake management, PO support, asset coordination for product imagery, and cross-functional collaboration to improve processes.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years minimum in a buying/merchandising role.
• Experience with international/regional brands and e-commerce is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a business.
• Experience with buying cycle processes and seasonal timelines.
• Highly analytical with strong Excel and data reporting skills.
• Clear communication with brands and internal teams.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive and results-driven in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and big-picture thinking.
• Proficiency in MS Excel is essential.

Responsibilities

• Chase suppliers on outstanding deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Maintain an accurate intake tracker reflecting all order movements.
• Assist with PO raising and troubleshoot with Buying Operations team.
• Review production to ensure stock is visible on-site with correct pricing/images/descriptions.
• Coordinate asset delivery for retouching and uploading.
• Support creation of trade, brand, and seasonal reports.
• Contribute to range/season reviews with Buyer and Planner.
• Resolve product-related queries across departments and improve processes.
