Job summary

New Tech Furniture Sdn Bhd in Sabah is seeking a dynamic Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordinator who can manage our online presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and our website.

You will plan content, create visuals, optimize content for SEO, respond to comments, monitor analytics, run live streams, and collaborate with the team to boost engagement and sales.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1 year of experience preferred.
• Experience with social media management and content creation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Regularly update all social media accounts with promotions and engaging content.
• Content Creation: Develop creative strategies to enhance online presence.
• Website Management: Update the official website with fresh, SEO-friendly content.
• Campaign Management: Plan and monitor marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
• Engagement: Respond to comments, messages and reviews promptly.
• Analytics: Track social media and website metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Graphic design: Create visuals using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Brand materials: Design logos, banners and promotional graphics.
• Live sessions: Host and manage live streams on TikTok Live, Facebook Live, and Instagram Live.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Management: Update and maintain the company's official website, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and optimized for SEO.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various digital platforms to promote products and special offers.
• Engagement: Engage with our online community, respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly.
• Analytics: Track and analyse social media and website metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Create visually appealing graphics, including images, illustrations, infographics, and animations, using design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Design logos, banners, social media posts, and other promotional materials that align with the brand's identity and messaging.
• Host and manage live streaming sessions on TikTok Live, Facebook Live, Instagram Live.

Basic Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication or related field.
• Experience: At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role.
