Job summary

MMB TRAVEL & TOURS SDN. BHD. in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, is looking for a Marketing, Sales & Live Host to handle enquiries, close deals, and conduct engaging live sessions.

The role supports travel packages, car rentals and tourism services, with light design work in Canva/Photoshop and basic admin tasks. The candidate should be fluent in customer service, confident on camera, and capable of producing simple quotations and invoices; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Confident speaking in front of camera during live sessions.
• Sales-minded with ability to close deals.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to prepare simple quotations and invoices.
• Experience in sales, marketing, tourism, live hosting or graphic design is an advantage.

Job description

This is a Marketing, Sales & Live Host position based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. You will work from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily, with an additional 2 hours for live/online sessions from 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries and close sales/deals

Respond to and assist customers with their questions

Conduct live sessions from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with an additional 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM session

Promote travel packages, car rental and tourism services

Follow up with customers and potential clients

Use Canva / Photoshop for basic design work

Handle basic administrative work and filing of company documents

Assist with daily marketing & sales activities

About you
