Job summary

OneSIM is seeking a Marketing Coordinator based in Kuala Lumpur for a 2-year contract. The role is administrative-focused within the marketing department, ensuring seamless execution by overseeing project processes, procurement, and stakeholder coordination for local and regional marketing functions.

The successful candidate will manage vendor liaison for print, maintain digital brochures, support events logistics, and handle SAP workflows as the core license owner, requiring 3–5 years' relevant

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of marketing coordination or project administration experience.
• Experience coordinating marketing collateral production, vendors and events.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with good CMS/EDM familiarity.
• Familiarity with SAP, procurement workflows or other enterprise systems is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

This position is based in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur (2-year contract).

This is a marketing coordinator role that is administrative-focused within the marketing department. The incumbent willdrive seamless marketing execution by overseeing processes and liaisons for marketing projects, finance and procurement matters for the marketing team, and stakeholder coordination for both local and regional marketing functions.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Marketing Projects

• Liaison with vendors for print projects (Course brochures, country booklets, banners, flyers and ad hoc prints)
• Digital brochure updates on OneSIM website
• Coordinate brochure and country booklets print quantity with Departments
• Support the logistics of filming/photoshoot/events (Room booking, coordinating timings)
• Custodian of Testimonial library – ensuring testimonials are filed with consent forms in place
• Own and facilitate all SAP processes for the marketing team as core license owner

Marketing Content

• News article creation and uploads to OneSIM
• EDM creation and execution
• Any other tasks related to marketing projects

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Academic Education and Work Experience

• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in marketing coordination, project management, or project administration.
• Experience coordinating marketing collateral production, vendors and events.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in website/CMS content management and EDM execution is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP, procurement workflows or other enterprise systems will be an advantage.
• Prior experience within a marketing team and familiarity with Canva or other content creation tools is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
