MFH Management Services PLT is seeking a proactive Marketing Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our Marketing team in Subang Jaya. You will coordinate marketing projects, campaigns, content production, and departmental activities from planning to completion, ensuring timely deliverables and clear communication across all stages.

The role involves collaborating with Content, Design, Video Production, Social Media, and other departments to manage timelines, approvals, and post-project

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or diploma in business/marketing/project management or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or production coordination.
• Strong organizational, planning, time management and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management or task-tracking tools.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate planning and preparation of marketing projects, campaigns, webinars, video production, and events.
• Develop and maintain timelines, schedules, task trackers, and deliverable checklists.
• Liaise with teams to align project requirements, objectives, and deadlines.
• Coordinate content planning, scripts, recording schedules, and production arrangements.
• Monitor progress, follow up on tasks, and escalate delays to stakeholders.
• Support post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, progress reports, and action item trackers.
• Provide regular updates on project status, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Assist in monitoring campaign performance and workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-department teams to ensure smooth execution.
