Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue. The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing and executing marketing strategies across digital, content, events, and communications, with a strong focus on performance, creativity, and collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business objectives
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, email marketing, paid ads, and social media
  • Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through content and storytelling
  • Manage the company’s website, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for user experience and SEO
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets and track ROI of marketing activities
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor positioning, and customer insights
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to support go-to-market strategies
  • Coordinate and manage marketing vendors and agency partners
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance using key metrics and analytics tools
  • Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and webinars
Must Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Outstanding proficiency in the English language
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Proven track record in digital marketing, campaign management, and brand development
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar
  • Familiar with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
  • Experience in B2B SaaS is a plus
  • International marketing experience, especially in ASEAN, is highly desirable.
