Job summary

BEE LOGISTICS (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead sales and marketing activities for freight forwarding and logistics. The role involves preparing quotations, negotiating rates, and collaborating with CS, Marketing, and management to meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in logistics sales, excel in English, and be able to work independently while handling multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in sales and marketing, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation industry.
• Certificate in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin speakers are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations for local, overseas offices/agents or existing customers, supporting regarding the sales/marketing department.
• Negotiate competitive rates with customer.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements in Pricing processes and procedures.
• Troubleshoot issues promptly and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in sea freight.
• Evaluate and negotiate shipping methods and rates with carriers.
• Collaborate with internal teams (CS, Marketing, and management) to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve sales inquiries effectively.
• Prepare reports if management requested.
