Job summary

Cosway (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Content Head to lead digital campaigns, content creation and marketing activation in Malaysia.

You will manage multimedia production, social content teams and ensure campaigns align with brand messaging while coordinating with Ecommerce and Business Development for conversion goals. The role requires strategic oversight of content calendars, audience targeting and performance reporting, with a focus on driving qualified traffic, enquiries and repeat engagement

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in digital marketing, marketing or communications.
• Demonstrated digital campaign and content strategy experience, with the capability to supervise activation planning and lead production and execution personnel.
• Ability to interpret campaign data, brief specialists and connect customer actions to commercial objectives.
• Working knowledge of EDM platforms, audience segmentation and customer journeys; deeper marketing automation experience is an advantage.
• Strong project management, communication and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, analytical and results-oriented, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital campaigns, content, customer communications and marketing activation to generate qualified traffic and enquiries.
• Act as the functional Content Head, managing multimedia production, marketing activation and assigned social media/content personnel.
• Set integrated priorities and supervise activation delivery while coordinating conversion with E-commerce and Business Development (BD).
• Own the content calendar, campaign messages, social channel direction and publishing standards.
• Oversee EDM communication calendars, audience briefs, messaging and reporting; coordinate data use with responsible teams.
