Job summary

Ming Heng Motor Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a creative, energetic marketer to lead our marketing activities and help accelerate automotive sales. The role focuses on campaigns, roadshows, events, and digital platforms to drive leads and showroom traffic.

You will work closely with Sales to maximize conversions and manage budgets, vendors and campaign ROI in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years’ marketing experience.
• Strong experience in roadshows & event management.
• Automotive / retail / sales-driven industry experience is an advantage.
• Creative, proactive, organized and results-oriented.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive vehicle sales & leads.
• Plan, negotiate and manage roadshows, exhibitions and events.
• Identify high-traffic locations and secure roadshow opportunities.
• Work closely with Sales to maximize leads, showroom traffic & conversions.
• Manage TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu and other digital platforms.
• Create engaging campaigns, promotions and content to attract car buyers.
• Manage marketing budget, vendors, agencies and event execution.
• Track campaign performance, leads and ROI.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
