Qualifications

• Undergraduate or fresh graduate completing coursework for internship.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with data, reports, and basic analysis.
• Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of ShopeePay/SPayLater App campaigns and BAU initiatives.
• Assist in campaign setup, tracking, and post-campaign reporting.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on campaign timelines and deliverables.
• Support special projects such as customer surveys, data collection, and insights analysis.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks to support the marketing team as required.
