Job summary

Goh Brothers Group in Sitiawan is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive campaigns for Isuzu vehicles and dealership events. You will plan campaigns, manage social media, create content and coordinate promotions to achieve monthly and annual targets.

The role requires a diploma or degree in marketing or related field with 2–3 years of automotive marketing experience. You will travel and work weekends for roadshows and showrooms, and report on ROI and performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or related field.
• 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in automotive or dealership industry.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media management and lead generation.
• Knowledge of Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok and other digital advertising platforms.
• Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, proactive, result-oriented and able to work independently.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to travel and work during weekends, roadshows and promotional events when required.
• Candidates with automotive dealership marketing experience will have an added advantage.
• Candidate must be wiling to work at our Sitiawan branch.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions and sales activities to support monthly and annual sales targets.
• Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other digital channels to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Develop marketing content and promotional materials for Isuzu vehicles, campaigns, new model launches and dealership activities.
• Manage digital advertising and lead generation campaigns to generate quality enquiries and support the Sales team in converting leads into sales.
• Organise roadshows, test-drive events, showroom activities and customer engagement programmes to increase showroom traffic and sales opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, customer preferences and Isuzu promotional activities to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Prepare marketing performance reports and analyse campaign results, leads and ROI to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
