Job summary

Infinity Integrated Care Sdn Bhd is seeking a Marketing Executive cum Clinic Coordinator in Bayan Lepas, Penang. The role combines marketing content creation with essential clinic support, including patient communications and basic operations assistance.

You will lead social media content across platforms and collaborate with management on campaigns. Fresh graduates are welcome, with a diploma/degree in Marketing or related fields preferred.

Marketing Executive cum Clinic Coordinator

We're looking for a Marketing Executive cum Clinic Coordinator who enjoys creating content, exploring new ideas and turning them into action.

Your main focus will be Marketing (70%), while supporting our patients and clinic operations when needed (30%).

What You'll Do

Marketing — 70%

Plan and create content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & XiaoHongShu (XHS) — posts, stories, reels and short-form videos.

Manage the content calendar from idea generation and creation to scheduling and monitoring.

Spot social media trends and turn relevant ones into content for our brand.

Work directly with management on marketing ideas, campaigns and content direction.

Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers and presentations.

Assist with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

Monitor content performance, enquiries and marketing-generated results.

Conduct basic market and competitor research.

We don't want someone who only waits for instructions.
If you have an idea, bring it up. If it makes sense, let's test it.

Clinic Operations — 30%

Communicate with patients/caregivers via phone, WhatsApp and email.

Assist with appointments, reception and payment collection when needed.

Explain suitable clinic packages to patients — no hard selling or chasing sales.

Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.

Support the doctor, therapist and team with daily clinic operations.
